BeachScout is available as both a web application and an Android app. It helps people discover beaches, naturist beaches, swimming places, naturist resorts and campsites worldwide using open geographic data and community knowledge.

Users may contribute local beach information, including up to five photos and a short description of up to 300 characters. Contributions are reviewed before publication.
Contributors remain the owners of their photographs and descriptions. BeachScout receives permission only to store, moderate and display those contributions as part of the service.
BeachScout and ScoutPlatform were created by Milos Savic. BeachScout began with a simple idea: to build a worldwide map useful to the naturist community, while also serving anyone looking for beaches and swimming places around the world.
The project is independent, community-oriented and built with the goal of remaining free or inexpensive to use.
