These Terms of Use apply to BeachScout and ScoutPlatform websites and applications.
BeachScout is provided as an informational exploration tool. It helps users discover beaches, swimming places, naturist beaches, resorts and campsites using open geographic data and community knowledge.
BeachScout may contain errors, outdated information, missing locations or incorrect classifications. Always check local signs, laws, safety conditions and official sources before visiting any location.
Users are responsible for respecting local laws, customs, privacy and public behavior rules. A location appearing in BeachScout does not mean that naturism is legal, accepted or currently permitted there.
If you submit photos, descriptions or location information, you must only submit content that you own or have permission to share. You must not submit offensive, illegal, misleading, private or copyrighted content without permission.
BeachScout may review, edit, reject or remove submitted content at any time to protect users, comply with law, improve accuracy or maintain service quality.
Contributors remain the owners of their submitted photos and descriptions. By submitting content, you grant BeachScout permission to store, moderate and display that content as part of the service.
BeachScout is provided “as is” without warranties. The developer is not responsible for travel decisions, injuries, losses, incorrect map data, third-party content or user-submitted information.
